I am ANANDHASHEKAR K the petitioner of the Divorce case (HMOP) filed in Tuticorin, Family Court Jan 2024. The case has been running for four months in Tuticorin family court. The respondent filed the petition in the Madras High Court, Madurai Bench for the Transfer of the original petition to the Dindigul family court, Tamilnadu and an order pronounced on 23.08.2024 to the favor of the Petitioner in Transfer op case while I am not in my place the court summons to return to the sender due to the respondent out of the station.

The Respondent’s (ANANDHA SHEKHAR) parents are over 75 years old, now the Respondent’s father is in bed with Parkinson’s disease and can’t do the daily duties, and the mother is also a kidney patient. But I am the only son of my parents and I am responsible for taking care of my parents and duties also. The Petitioner of the transfer of the case left 14 years before 2011 Sep and I lodged a complaint through all Women’s police station, But She refused to leave me and went with her brother. After 8 years she filed the maintenance case and she is torturing me and I can’t take care of my parents in their old age.

I kindly request you to assist me in the right way to get the remedies from the Honorable Court and I have to save my parents.
